Payments and refunds

You pay by card on a secure Stripe payment page; we never see your card details. You see the full price before you pay, and nothing is added at checkout.

We email your receipt straight away, with an order reference. Your purchases are listed in Account too.

Refunds

• Credits you haven’t used: email hello@rsvpsorted.com within 14 days of buying them, with your order reference, and we’ll refund them to your card. Each unused credit is refunded at its share of what you paid, so a quarter of the price for each one from a pack of four.
• Credits you’ve used: once a song or design is made, it can’t be refunded, because it was made for you straight away.
• If a song or design can’t be made, or a design doesn’t pass our check, the credit comes back to your account by itself. There’s no need to ask.

A refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
