Legal

Terms

By using RSVP Sorted you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.

RSVP Sorted is run by Steven Day Software.

For the solicitor: review the whole page, confirm the operating company’s registered details above, and confirm the consumer rights wording for paid extras.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over to make an invite. Anyone can reply to one.

Be decent

  • Only invite people to real events you’re organising.
  • Don’t use invites for spam, scams, or anything unlawful or hurtful.
  • Don’t upload or describe other people’s characters, logos or artwork you don’t have the rights to.

We may remove invites that break these rules, and anyone can report an invite from its page.

Paid extras

Invites, sharing and replies are free. Credits pay for optional extras such as a personalised song; the full price is shown before you pay and nothing is added at checkout. Credits don’t expire. If an extra fails to make, we make it again free.

For the solicitor: confirm cancellation and refund rights for digital content that starts straight away, and the wording of the consent we ask for at checkout.

For the solicitor: confirm the VAT position. The business is not VAT-registered, so no page says prices include VAT; once it registers, the number goes in the legal identity and the price wording changes with it.

Songs and artwork we make for you

Some artwork and songs are made with AI tools. We check them, but they can occasionally come out wrong; if one does, tell us. You can use what we make for your invite and your party.

For the solicitor: set out ownership and licence of generated songs and artwork, and any limits from our providers’ terms.

Gift ideas

After guests reply they may see gift ideas from partner shops. These are ads, labelled (Ad), and we may earn a commission. Your purchase is with the shop, under its terms.

The service

We work hard to keep RSVP Sorted running, but we can’t promise it will always be available, and we’re not responsible for whether guests turn up. Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Changes

We’ll update these terms as the service grows, and change the date at the top when we do.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
