Instead of a ready-made design, describe the one you’d like and we’ll draw it from scratch, just for this party.
- On the design step, or from Change the design on your invite’s menu, choose Describe it. We’ll design it.
- Say what you picture: the colours, what’s in it and where the name goes. The date, time and place are added for you.
- Tick the box and tap Design it for 1 credit. It takes about a minute, and you can leave the screen while we work.
- We check the design against our content rules, and you see it first. Once it passes, put it on the invite.
Most designs are checked straight away. A few themes, such as horror or alcohol, wait for someone on our team to look first; we email you when it’s approved.
What works bestDescribe the look rather than naming a character or a brand. “A jungle with monkeys and balloons, and the name in yellow” works; a film’s name doesn’t. Leave out surnames, addresses and phone numbers.
What it costs
- A custom design uses one credit.
- If we can’t make it, or it doesn’t pass the check, your credit comes straight back.
- A new description uses another credit.
Memorial invites keep to their calm designs, so they don’t have custom designs.
