Kids’ party invites

Let’s party. The whole class replies.

One link for the class WhatsApp. Parents reply in one tap with their child’s name, and you see who’s coming, who’s staying and who’s still to reply.

Asks the right questions.

Parents are busy. The invite asks for a child’s name and one tap, and nothing they have to think about.

A name and one tap

Coming or can’t make it. No app, no account, no long form.

A note, just for you

Guests can leave a note only Ava’s mum sees. Other guests see a count, never who.

A nudge for the stragglers

One tap writes a friendly reminder for everyone still to reply.

Big, bold, and theirs.

A confetti seven, a rainbow four or a laser-tag ten. Change the name, the age and the details; the replies come built in.

Not a kids’ party?

The same one-tap replies work for every occasion. Memorials get calm designs, never a song or confetti, and music only if the family turns it on.

No paper. No postage.

An invite sent as a link needs no card, envelope or stamp, so there’s no paper for the bin and no trip to the post box. Sending it still uses a little energy, like any message.

Three steps, then you’re done.

  1. Make it in a few minutes

Add who it’s for, the date and the place. Pick a design and a colour.

  2. Share one link

Send it to the family chat, the work group, or by text or email.

  3. Watch the list fill up

Who’s coming, who can’t, and any notes for you, in one place.

Good questions

What parents ask before the link goes in the class chat.

Do other parents need an app or an account?

No. They open the link, type their child’s name and tap Coming or Can’t make it. That’s it.

Can parents leave me a note?

Yes. Every reply has room for a note, like who’s collecting, and only you see it. Other parents see how many children are coming, never who.

Will I know which grown-ups are staying?

Yes. Parents say whether they’re staying or dropping off, so you know how many adults to cater for.

We booked a party venue. Does that change anything?

If your venue works with us, your booking email has a Make your invite button with the date, time and place filled in. The venue sees the numbers only, never names or notes.

Is it free?

Making the invite, sending it and collecting replies is free, and it plays a free music track. A personalised song with your child’s name in it costs one credit: £4.99, or four for £14.97. Your first song is free. A custom design made from your description is also one credit.

Cake’s on us.

Well, the invite is. Make it tonight and have the headcount by the weekend.
