There’s no password to remember. Each time you sign in, we send a six-digit code. Where the sign-in screen offers it, the code can come by text instead of email.
- Go to Sign in and choose Text message under Send my code by.
- Type your mobile number: a UK mobile, and the one you used when you saved your invite.
- Type the six-digit code from the text. It works for 10 minutes.

- Texts usually land within a minute. Check the number is right.
- Send a new code if it’s taking a while, and use the newest one.
- Or choose Email me a code instead.
Add an email too
We only use texts for signing in. If you signed up by text, add an email address in Account so reminders, receipts and sign-in codes can reach you there too.
