Every saved invite comes with two reminder emails to you. Both are on until you turn them off.
- The day before replies are due: how replies stand, and a message you can send to the group. With no reply-by date, it comes a week before the party.
- The morning of the party: the final headcount and guests’ notes.
We never email your guests, because we don’t have their addresses. To chase replies, use Nudge the group on your invite: it copies a friendly reminder with the link for the group chat, and never names who hasn’t replied.
Turn them on or off
- Sign in and open the invite from Your invites.
- Open the party menu and choose Reminder emails.
- Tick or untick each one. It saves straight away.
Every reminder email has a link at the bottom to change them, and Account lists the reminders for all your parties still to come. It’s also where you choose how often we email you about new replies.
